Information we collect
- Contact messages: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message.
- Job applications: your name, email, phone (optional), cover note and the résumé file you upload.
- Accounts: your name, email address and a securely hashed password, plus messages we send to your account.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiries, consider you for roles, operate your account, and send service emails such as password resets and confirmations. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting and email delivery), and with prospective employers or clients only as part of a role you have applied for or agreed to be considered for.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, or third-party trackers.
Retention and your choices
We keep applications and messages only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hr@svsinfosystems.com.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, connections are encrypted, and résumés are accessible only to authorized staff.
